ETHERA - RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Participants are required to bring their own high heels (for girls) and boots/shoes (for boys) for the workshop.

2. Ensure you carry your college ID card for verification purposes.

3. A uniform black dress code is mandatory for all participants. Girls are advised to wear black modest skin-fit outfits (avoid long skirts or tops), and boys can opt for black formal or semi-formal attire.

4. The event is open to all regular students from Engineering, Polytechnic, Arts & Science, Business School, Medical Colleges, Law Colleges, and Fashion technologies.

5. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the sessions.

6. Maintain proper grooming and hygiene standards.

   • Girls are encouraged to keep their hair neatly tied or styled in high pony.

   • Boys should be combed and neatly groomed.

7. Avoid wearing heavy jewelry or accessories that may hinder movement during the sessions.

8. Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop starts to ensure a smooth check-in process.

9. Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during the workshop to avoid disturbances.

10. For any doubts, clarifications, or emergencies, feel free to contact the event coordinators.
