CULT RUN – Terms and Conditions

1. Registration

• Registration is only for the 5K Cult Run.

• Each participant must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the registration fee.

• Registrations are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including injury, emergencies, or change of plans.

• Double-check all details (name, event, date, etc.) before submitting your registration, as no changes will be allowed after submission.

2. Event Participation

• Participants must be physically fit and solely responsible for their health and well-being during the event.

• All participants must follow the instructions of event officials, volunteers, and medical staff.

• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify or remove any participant for safety or behavioral reasons.

3. Race Kit & Bib Collection

• Race kits and bibs must be collected in person at the designated time and venue.

• Lost or damaged bibs will not be replaced.

• Bring your college ID or any valid photo ID proof for collection.

• No on-the-spot changes will be permitted.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to extreme weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including event cancellation, participant injury, illness, or change of plans.

5. Liability & Waiver

• Participation is at the entrant's own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

• By registering, participants accept all risks associated with participation and waive any claims against the organizers.

6. Miscellaneous

• The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

• The organizer may use event photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
