VOICE OF BRAHMA - RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. This event is an individual competition.

2. The general rules of Brahma’25 will apply to this event.

3. The event is open to students from Engineering, Polytechnic, Arts & Science, Medical Colleges, Law Colleges, and Fashion Institutes.

4. All participants are required to present a valid ID card at the time of registration.

5. The event comprises three rounds: the Audition Round, the Judges' Choice Round, and the Stage Round.

   • Audition Round: Participants may perform a song of their choice.

   • Judges' Choice Round: Participants must perform a song in the genre specified by the judges (Melody, fast number, classical, and semi-classical).

   • Stage Round: Participants who advance from the previous rounds will perform on stage. In this round, participants must sing two songs—one melody and one semi-classical—with karaoke accompaniment.

6. Songs may be performed in Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam.

7. Separate first prizes will be awarded to male and female participants.

8. No second prizes will be awarded.

9. Only six participants will qualify for the final round: three male and three female contestants will compete for their respective prizes.

10. In the event of a tie, the contestants will be required to perform an additional song as directed by the judges.

11. Participants must memorize the lyrics and are prohibited from using mobile phones or external resources during the performance.

12. Participants must bring their karaoke tracks on a USB drive, which should contain only their performance tracks.

13. The organizers will not be held responsible for any technical issues related to the karaoke tracks.

14. Judge’s decision will be final.
