GPTales - RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Participants must report at least 30 minutes before the event schedule.

2. The college will provide access to any required resources or tools for the competition.

3. Participants must carry a valid college ID card for verification.

4. The prompt will be provided at the start of the competition.

5. Participants will have 2 hours to create and submit their story.

6. Should include humor, plot twists, and suspenseful material, from your own imagination.

7. Submission Format:

   1. Initially, keywords of the story (plot twists & suspense) should be highlighted and then begin the story.

   2. Word count: 2000–2500 words.

   3. Format: Submitted as a .docx or PDF file.

8. The winners will be awarded with a cash prize of Rs 1000 for the first and Rs. 500 for the second and a certificate of achievement.

9. All the participants will be awarded with participation certificates.

10. The judge's decision is final and binding.

11. Technical Events are Open to UG and PG students of affiliated institutes.

12. Diploma and ITI students can also participate in all technical events.

13. Students under colleges affiliated to recognized universities / autonomous / deemed are only permitted.

Participants will be judged based on the following:

1. The originality of ideas and imaginative storytelling.

2. Narrative structure, pacing, and emotional engagement.

3. Effective integration of humor and thrilling elements.

4. Creative and thoughtful use of AI in crafting the story.
