The competition is an individual event.
Participants must report backstage at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, ensuring punctuality.
Participation is open to students of Government, as well as Aided Arts and Science colleges.
Preliminary rounds will be conducted based on the number of participants to streamline the competition.
The college authority reserves the right to change or alter the rules if deemed necessary for the smooth conduct of the event.
Participants will be evaluated on voice modulation, pronunciation, and overall impression, emphasizing effective communication skills.
Participants are expected to maintain a demeanor of modesty throughout the event.
The use of improper language while handling the provided topic is strictly discouraged, fostering a professional and respectful environment.
Using names of public figures during performances is strictly discouraged to avoid potential controversies or biases.
There will be no separate prizes awarded based on gender, promoting inclusivity and equality.
Participants are encouraged to present original content, and plagiarism will not be tolerated.
Each participant must adhere to the allocated time for their performance to ensure a smooth and timely event.
Participants should be dressed in appropriate and presentable attire, reflecting the professional nature of the competition.
Participants are expected to display courtesy and sportsmanship towards fellow participants, judges, and the organizing team.
Violation of rules, disrespectful behavior, or any form of cheating may lead to disqualification.
Participants must adhere to technical specifications provided for equipment used during performances.
Judges and organizers shall maintain confidentiality regarding scores and deliberations.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
Spot registration is available 30 minutes before the start of the event for interested participants.
