ROBO RACE - Guidelines

1. The maximum team size is 3.

2. The bot must adhere to the provided specifications and complete the course within 15 minutes.

3. If the bot stops during the race, it can resume from the checkpoint.

4. A penalty will be applied if the bot falls off the bridge, and it will be placed back at the previous checkpoint.

5. A penalty will be applied if the bot remains stationary for more than 10 seconds or if the team chooses to skip an obstacle, with 10 seconds added to the total time at that point in the race.

6. For all other penalties, 5 seconds will be added to the team's time.

7. Any damage to the arena caused by the team will result in disqualification.

8. All decisions made by the organising committee regarding penalties or disqualification are final and binding.

9. The event will be cancelled if fewer than 10 teams participate.

10. Once registered, no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

11. Teams that are not present after the final call will be disqualified.

12. Participating teams must ensure their bots are prepared to tackle diverse terrains and please note that we are not responsible for any damages occurred during the event.

13. Teams are responsible for bringing all necessary tools required for the maintenance for their bots during the event.

14. For wired bots ensure that wires are securely managed and cannot be pulled back during the operation.

BOT SPECIFICATIONS

1. The bot must fit within a box measuring 30x30x30 cm, excluding the remote control.

2. The bot can be controlled via a wired or wireless remote control.

4. Falling from See-Saw including hand touch

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:

     First prize - 5,000/-

     Second prize - 2,000/-

   Registration :

1. The registration fee for the event is 300

2. If we are providing the bot, the fee is 400 (including a 100 charge for the bot).

3. Mode of registration: [ Online / Spot registration ]

ENTRY: Technical Events are Open to UG and PG students of affiliated institutes.

Diploma and ITI students can also participate in all technical events.

Research Scholars can participate in non-competitive technical events 

Students under colleges affiliated to recognised universities / autonomous / deemed   are only permitted.
