Spot Photography - Guidelines

1. It is an individual event.

2. Use of Mobile and DSLR is allowed.

3. Basic editing and cropping of the photo is accepted, provided any such editing does not affect the authenticity and genuineness of the photos.

4. Photos that portray or otherwise include inappropriate or offensive contents including environmental violations, any contents deemed to be contrary to the law, religious, cultural and moral traditions and practices of India are strictly prohibited and will be immediately discarded.

5. There must be no borders, logos, copyright marks and identifying marks or any other visible references and marks on the image.

6. Venue and theme will be given on the day of the event.

7. Registration is valid for one day and only single entry is allowed.

8. Photos should be submitted in JPEG/JPG format .If edited, the original image should be submitted along with the edited image.

9. You are required to provide a unique title and description for each image submitted.

10. Only the entries shared to the given drive link within the time period are considered for competition.

11. The copyright of the entries will remain with the student.

12. Advance editing used to create illusions, deceptions and the manipulations and the adding and removing significant elements within the frame is prohibited.

13. The event begins on 28th February at 10am and will be concluded by 7pm on 1st March.

14. Result will be announced on 2nd March.

15. This event will be open to all college students to participate in the event.

16. Spot registrations are available till 30 minutes before the start of the event.

17. General rules of Brahma are applicable.
