About the Event
Apoorv 25's Valorant competitions feature teams from around the world competing in exciting tournaments. The focus is on teamwork, communication, and skill, making it an intense and competitive game for both players and fans
Guidelines and Rules:
Only the team leader shall fill out the form.
One player can play from one team only.
Minimum 4 players in a team to show up on the match day, or else the other team will get a BYE and play the next round.
If found that the player registered is not the same as the player playing the game, the team will be disqualified.
The team may register with one substitute and use them for whichever match they like.
The matches and seeding will all be randomized.
All matches will be single-elimination matches (except Finals).
The captain of each team must check in for their match 10 minutes before their scheduled match time for the toss. Failure to do so could result in losing “in-game pause time” or disqualification.
Any team that checks in on time but fails to join the lobby or is not available more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, will be disqualified.
All members of a roster must have their Riot account in good standing. This includes not being banned, chat banned or restricted in any way due to toxicity, breaking game rules, or not complying with the code of conduct.
Participants have to join a Discord/Whatsapp group made by the organizers. Link to the groups will be shared via email after the registration. All further discussions will only be made in the group.
If any unforeseen situations occur, judgment by tournament staff is final. Rules may be altered between phases of a tournament in the best interests of the event. (Example: A game-breaking glitch is discovered on a map mid-tournament that could be exploited. The map may need to be removed from legal play for the remainder of the event.)
The match moderator will have the ability to pause the game if any technical difficulty occurs
Coin toss rules:
The leader who wins gets 2 options
Pick a map or pick a side (either attack or defense)
The team picking the side can ban 3 maps out of the 7 maps.
For Finals (Best of 3):
Each team will ban 1 map each.
The coin toss winner will get to decide the map pick for the first match out of the 7 available maps after the ban and another team will pick a side.
Match 2 map will be decided by the other team and respectively coin toss winner will pick a side.
Match 3 map will be decided by the organizers and a toss will be done and the winner will pick a side.
Every team must show up on time, failure to do so will result in a loss.
If found abusing bugs, glitches, or exploits, you will be disqualified.

Each team’s roster must consist of at least 5 players.
Each team’s roster will be allowed to have 5 main players and 1 substitute. Once the tournament starts, you cannot replace any player.
