ZEPHYRA - RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. This is a group event. 

2. General rules of Brahma-25 is applicable for this event. 

3. The event is open to all regular students from Engineering, Polytechnic, Arts & Science, Business School, Medical Colleges, Law Colleges, and Fashion technologies.  Students under colleges affiliated to recognised universities / Autonomous / Deemed   only are permitted.

4. Participants must submit the valid id card of their college at the time of registration. 

5. The number of participants allowed for each team is 6 - 20.

6. Team members must be students from the same college. 

7. Costumes can be based on any theme. 

8. The time limit for every team is a minimum of 5 minutes and a maximum of 12 minutes. This includes entry, exit, props, and the performance itself.

9. Judgment will be based on the costumes, makeup, on-stage performance, walking stance, choreography, stage setup, music selection, and attitude. 

10. The coordinators are not responsible for any issues related to the CD/USB. 

11. Use of cigarettes, alcohol, fire, water, smoke, popper, colour powder, items that may make the floor untidy and any unfair means is strongly prohibited and leads to disqualification.

12. The vulgarity of any form is strictly discouraged and will lead to disqualification. 

13. Ensure that no actions or performances during the show offend any religion.

14. Submit a pendrive containing only the selected song to the respective coordinators before the show.

15. Spot registrations are not promoted.

16. The program committee reserves the right to deduct from the prize money, for any loss/damage caused by the participant.

 17. Judge's decision would be final.
